1. Age Requirement

2. Nature of Services

3. Digital Product Purchases

All digital products sold through this website are delivered electronically. Upon completed payment, access to the purchased download will be provided via the email address supplied at the time of purchase.

4. All Sales Final — No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download has been delivered or made accessible. This includes audio tracks, video clips, and PDF guides. We do not offer exchanges, credits, or refunds for change of mind, incompatibility with your device, or dissatisfaction with content.

If you experience a technical failure preventing download of a purchased file, contact us within 48 hours and we will re-deliver the file. This is the sole circumstance in which we will act on a delivery issue.

5. Application Tribute — Non-Refundable

The tribute required to submit a service application ($88 at time of publication) is non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of whether the application is reviewed, accepted, or declined. By submitting an application and tribute, you acknowledge this condition explicitly.

6. Session and Service Booking Fees

Booking Confirmation Fees for in-person or live sessions are non-refundable once paid. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before a confirmed session date will receive credit toward rescheduling at Madaam Sedusa's discretion. Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows forfeit the booking fee entirely with no rescheduling available.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from: (a) redistributing, reselling, or sharing purchased digital content; (b) submitting false information in any application or form; (c) sending unsolicited explicit content; (d) recording, capturing, or distributing any live session without explicit written consent; (e) attempting to circumvent the age verification requirement. Violation of any of these conditions results in immediate termination of access with no refund.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the absolute right to refuse service, cancel any order, or terminate any arrangement at our sole discretion, with or without cause. In the event we cancel an order for reasons other than prohibited conduct, we will refund the purchase amount for that specific transaction only.

9. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimately delivered product or service constitutes fraud and will be contested with full documentation of delivery. We maintain complete records of all transactions, communications, and delivery confirmations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including audio recordings, video recordings, written guides, photographs, branding, and copy — is the exclusive intellectual property of Madaam Sedusa. Reproduction, redistribution, or derivative use without written permission is prohibited.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
